Formed on a quiet August afternoon in 2022, our improv troupe, "Sour Patch Grown-ups," has been on a whirlwind journey ever since. What began as a spark of creativity among friends blossomed into a vibrant ensemble dedicated to spreading laughter and joy.

After a year of honing our craft in a dimly lit basement, we took to the stage, transforming living rooms and kitchens into rooms of hilarity before venturing to the wonderful Staircase Theater in Hamilton, Ontario.

At the heart of our performances lies an eclectic mix of short-form and long-form improv, where quick wit meets deep character development, ensuring that no two shows are ever alike.

Yet, beyond the spotlight and applause, our true mission remains simple:
